Super expensive charges 120 an hour when there is other honest and cost effective towing companies out. I really enjoyed Kanes and I recommend that you use them for any towing services they are more honest than these guys. There is another towing Service that starts with a P with a black Ford medium duty flat bed. They are honest too. With Unique ...They gouge and they did my friend and apparently Steve's towing the one with the Sonny guy from Highway Rescue 401 is under investigation apparently owns Unique. I feel that they are also stealing calls from other towing companies who deseves a few calls. Greasy palms maybe maybe some bribery?

Nelson and his employee that showed up to tow a car that caught fire in our driveway were amazing. Friendly, quick and efficient at clean up and towing services!Definitely recommend them for your towing needs!

Damaged the rear bumper of my car, left it unlocked in a public carpool lot after fighting with me over my premier cards 5th call & forced caa to send another company, continuously refuses to come to caa calls and leaves clients in limbo awaiting service. Not sure how they continue to have business refusing calls constantly like this with almost all of their fleet parked in the shop lot.

They don’t come when they quoted you a time. They said their truck need to finish with their last appointment. But that’s not what they quoted you from the beginning. They just left their customer hanging time and time again. By the way, We didn’t hire them. Progressive contracted with them. But obviously they don’t have any control over their contractor!! Worst insurance roadside! Worst towing co!

Horrible Customer Service. Promise to arrive in 1hr or less. Over four hours later no show. They don't answer the phone. They were dispatched by my USAA roadside provider. USAA called them and they admitted they only have one driver.For your peace of mind, do not use this company....

The person took my information, asked me what was wrong, then after 5 minutes of asking what I needed said, oh I am sorry we have no one available at this time. I needed them for a min tops as my dog locked himself in the car with my keys in the ignition. Their $75 loss.
