Definitely would give zero stars if I could. Owner of this business is extremely rude and very hard to understand. He uses AI to message back and forth and it feels like he doesn’t even understand or care to understand what your opinion is. Company I work for lost alot of money using smart web. Stay away from this company if u can!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! The dental clinic that i work for used this company to build our website. Owner launched our website with false info and didn't ask permission to start an Instagram and Facebook account for us. TERRIBLE phone manners from the owner, he uses AI to send all his messages and is very rude. Our dental clinic lost a ton of money going through this business. Highly recommend that you steer clear of this company. I would give zero stars but google won't let me post it without the star.
