I was super happy with the service I received! Very hopeful and knowledgeable. Barry took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. As a Newbie and a woman I felt very comfortable asking whatever questions I needed and no intimidation orjudgment. Chuck was also lovely to dealwith. Hardcore was recommended to me by a few women. I'm glad I drove the 2 1/2 hours to get my 1st bow from these awsome gentleman!

I live 3 hours drive from their shop, so I contacted them and they assured me they could get me back on the road in a couple of hours from getting there.I ended up being a little late, even then they hauled and fit me in despite there being other people. They got the bow tuned up and ready even faster than I anticipated! And they cut a few bucks off the total price!Great bunch of people, know their craft, explain everything in great detail, great experience!

The new ownership was a good choice. The new Ken" is a welcoming and polite shop owner. He will make sure you are taken care of and he will do it respectfully. I am glad this bow shop is able to pick up new customers and will hopefully grow more now that some of the old issues have been solved

I came here a year or so ago wanting to learn how to shoot a composite bow. The 2 older gentlemen however acted VERY unprofessional, talking down of me as I had my bow string drawn which is extremely dangerous and reckless. Very discouraging to the point I almost said it was not worth it. Thankfully I found a much better place that encouraged me to train and showed me the ropes. I now have 2 bows and have improved tremendously since. However I can not forgive a place that was so unprofessional and disrespectful to me starting out. These two older gentlemen are an embarrassment to this business and if they have not been let go yet they need to be. 0/5 stars until I see or have proof these two have been shown the door then maybe I will consider giving this place a 2nd chance

The guys were awesome to deal with. Very knowledgeable, took the time to set me up with the bow to suit me then got the hour 1 on 1 lesson to learn how to properly use it. Highly recommend shopping here.

Excellent Archery and Hunting store, super super friendly, very very helpful and high knowledgeable, Ken the Owner always have a solution, super friendly, very knowledgeable, CORE instructor, Hunter, Dog owner, long time Archer and Chuck the Certificate Archery Coach, perfectly skilled and experienced Archery equipment repair technician, Podium Archer, Chef...do you need a new Bow, do you need to tune your Bow, new Arrows or any other archery or hunting accessories, do you need a Lesson or archery tips and tricks, even to stop buy and have a short chat, that and many many things more is the store to go too... Ken, Chuck and the other two Guys will do what ever is needed to make you happy .... I just bought my 2 Compound bow at Hardcore (Prime, Revex 4, dark blue), and all items be need to have a for me perfect Target Bow..my Wife is getting right now a heavy heavy upgrade on her Diamond (Bowtech) Infinity 305..Both of us we are absolutely satisfied with Ken, Chuck ( that's the guys we only talked too) ... that's the Store for Archery and Hunting to go too.. Ken, Chuck keep up the great work.

I had fun and did better than I expected. The training is awkward at first but it makes sense. It's very sporty and mundane, like a karate class. It could use a little something extra in terms of decoration, etc to satisfy silly people like me who were expecting a good selfie opportunity lol

The worst customer service ever. Very arrogant sales people and the tech not only screwed up the setup on my bow but he tried to convince me that my draw length should be 27”. I felt like a t-Rex trying shoot a bow. Actual draw length is 28.5”. Two years later I gave them another shot as I’m in the market for a flag ship bow and they don’t allow you to try them out. How are you supposed to feel the draw cycle or any felt vibration in the hand? Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this place absolutely brutal

I've been in and out of this store for years now giving away my hard earned sheckles. They never hesitate to tackle the tasks or odd orders I might have. Very thankful to Ken and Chuck for their help and knowledge setting me up and getting me on the right path. Great store. Good people. Will be customer for many years to come.
