This store was amazing. To start with it is a nice big store. Their selection of wine and other alcohol is pretty exhaustive. I saw a discount on quiet a few items. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

It is one of the best LCBO store in GTA northern. The stock is mainly full. The beer fridge is large and almost full. Happy!!

Dealt with an employee who was not knowledgeable in wine.. Turned out to be a frustrating visit.. clean environment though

I went there yesterday and the lady cashier was lazy. She didn't even want to move my two bottles of wine along the cashier counter table. I am talking about 2 feet distance, basically from her left hand side to her right hand side, and the store was not busy. Just amazing!

I am not a frequent buyer of alcoholic drinks and went in this store while ago and picked 3 bottle of bears out of a box. When came back home I noticed I have paid the price of a box for each bottle.two days after when I went back to the store for refund. the store manager there checked the security cameras and asked me to show her where I had picked the bottles from. Once We got to the shelf I found out she is training me that they are selling this bears only as a package of six. Whoever is working in retail know that sales persons or cashers have to educate the customers at the time of purchase.But the casher only scanned my bottles without saying even one word. And the managers have to train their own staff not the customers.I hope area manager could train both manager and casher of this location.

Today I stopped into this location to grab something quickly and a massive thunderstorm hit while I was inside, which caused the lights to flicker, a register to go down and created mayhem in the parking lot with debris flying around due to the high winds. The staff were all so nice to everyone inside and encouraged us to stay inside until things calmed down to stay safe.Unfortunately a metal garbage can from across the parking lot came across and hit my car. The manager Corey went out in the storm to move it away and then he went over and above anything I could have asked for in the level of kindness and assistance he offered me. When the weather settled a bit he walked me out to my car, gave me an umbrella to use to stay dry so I could take photos, and he held my bag for me. He also took some photos and gave me his card in case any follow-up was needed.Thankfully there was no actual damage to my car but I had to come home and leave a review for this location because the kindness showed in the situation was so refreshing. I left smiling even under the circumstances. Thank you Corey!
