Been here on multiple occasions to purchase Pokémon Cards. Orchard City Games has a vast options of cards to choose from, whether you want to get something small or big. The staff here are excellent and they are nice to talk to. If you are looking for trading cards, small or bulk, this place is your go to!

Short staffing issues is no excuse for not posting anything online or at least having a pre recorded voicemail letting people know the shop isn't open until later.Coming over from across the bridge to a closed shop is very disappointing.

I love this place, it has great games and you can play some games for free and buy and bring your own games to play in the shop. The employee was really nice and seemed like he liked the place. It is a chill place to be.

First game store I have been to where I’m told I’m not allowed to buy cards. I was about to drop a few hundred dollars on high value singles but the owner told me I need to make a list and come back the day after. I’m not from the area so coming back is not possible.Instead, the owner looked at their phone for the entire 15 minutes I was in the store instead of picking me some singles. It’s not like I was asking for a 100 card list of commons, but cards in the $20+ dollar range.The store looks nice and it looks like the kids were having fun, but if you just want to buy some cards you mine as well just buy from face2face or other online stores with better prices if you cannot just walk in and buy singles at the storefront.

Amazing store!Super clean, great selection of items, nice play areas and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable, and the location is conveniently placed for those who live south of Kelowna.I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Cannot say enough positive things about Orchard City Games. Our kiddo loves coming here for his Pokémon fix, and the staff is next-level wonderful. Week after week I watch them handle hours of kids asking them a million of questions and they do it all with enthusiasm and huge smiles on their faces. We love coming here even though it’s a bit of a trek - totally worth it.

We've always had great experiences here ! My boys love pokemon cards and this is our go too place. The owner has gone above and beyond a few times to put a smile on my kids face which hasn't been forgotten . Thank you for the kindness and great service ! We will always be back !

says in store shopping but you need to order online to even get the cards? don’t know what the point of a brick and mortar store if it’s all online. worker was rarely helpful too seemed like he was in his own world.
