Modern Purair was recommended to me by Jon with Matrix Remediation as the furnace/duct company to use for familiarity with toxins, pollutant particles and related health conditions.I just had our furnace and ducts cleaned plus had disinfectant sprayed into them after. This gives me peace of mind as I have a severe mold allergy and it’s great to know that if any spores were hanging out in there, they are now obliterated. ;-)Tyson was super knowledgeable, plus offered personalized recommendations to keep our home air quality clean and safe. Highly recommend!

Service was great and Jason was extremely professional. My only beef is that I specifically shared that I had a roof-top dryer vent and the unit that was sent did not have a ladder. They were quick to follow-up after I shared my concerns and re-sent a team with a ladder to complete the job.

We had PureAir come do a fire loss service on our house. They did everything from top to bottom. Full service. Jason can back the next day and installed a dryer vent cover as promised.He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.I have had others clean our ducts before but never as thoroughly as PureAir did. Will definitely use them again.

Very disappointed with the service!I was very careful to explain that this was a post construction cleaning and was promised an experienced tech, instead they sent someone with no experience and new to the company. My entire house got covered with construction derby, clothes everything. They were quick to address the problem. Another tech came out to investigate, his conclusion that the ducts weren't even touched.( Not sure what the other tech did in my house for 3 hours) He offered to clean the ducts, I greed and stayed to help. Glad I did, would have been calling them back again! As compensation, they offered 10% off and 2 hours maid service. This is a complete insult. This cost me thousands in cleaning bills and laundry bills.Save yourself the headache and hire an owner operator, they will do a much better job for cheaper than a big company paying their employees a low wage

The two gentleman that came to fix my birds nest issue were excellent. Very professional and very informative in answering all my questions and they even determined a larger issue with the dryer vent that I was unaware of. They were also able to come earlier than our originally scheduled time. I would highly recommend them!

Jason did a great job and cleaned all the ducts out. It's just like new now.He even did our bathroom vents and cleaned the fans and now they are both working great as one did not function beforeHighly recommend!!!!Trevor & Louise

Modern Purair Calgary is a terrific company. The booking process was easy and efficient and our appointment fell within a couple days of booking. We were given a one hour window for arrival, and our crew was prompt. Rory and his assistant were efficient, professional, organized as well as friendly and responsive to our concerns. Our son is having health concerns with possible environmental exposures as a factor and Rory was able to tailor his services to address the health concerns… ie: concentrated filtration is his room, as well we purchased the SolaceAir polarized air cleaner to further clean the air in our home going forward. Within an hour of the duct and fan cleaning and activation of the SolaceAir filter our house had no scent, felt fresh and all the forest fire smoke was cleared out of the entire house even though it was still densely, smoky in the outside air.

Prompt and professional customer service. The home I purchased had never had the Furnace and Ducts cleaned and the two gentlemen did great and efficient work and Timely manner. Fantastic service. What absolutely recommend.

Amazing work- informed me all about what needed doing - Tyson was polite, knew what he was talking about and advised the best treatment he is a credit to the company - did not oversell on any services - but advised what needed to be done to have the system work efficiently. Above 5 star ⭐️ cleaned up after the work was done.

Two young men showed up within the window of our scheduled visit. They politely called when they were 30 mins from arrival. They greeted me with professionalism and immediately began the task at hand. I was extremely impressed with the way they communicated with each other, which unfortunately seemed to be a rare experience amongst employees in the world we live in today. Upon completion they both informed us of the job they had done and gave us detailed instructions of how to maintain our system. They were efficient in means of leaving us literature to be able to book with your company again, but we’re not pushy or up selling in any manner. I’ll end this review by stating hands down I will absolutely recommend your company to friends, family and neighbors.Thank you for service, you have some incredibly enthusiastic employees that should valued and treated accordingly!Much AppreciatedJoelle Falcone & Jamie Martin
