Best experience ever. James kept in touch until I was ready to get started on this project. The work is beautiful. I could not have been more pleased. It is such a pleasure to work with the United family to reupholster our almond wood chairs. Their boutique is elegant and highly organized. Master likes colors and he is happy to see we have chosen colorful fabrics for him to work on. We are a family of three with a 8 year old boy. Of course the curious little one followed Master in his workshop and he is so patient to show my boy around and how he works. Mrs also came out to greet us.After waiting with anticipation for three weeks and as promised our tired looking chairs got a new make over! Very happy with their workmanship. We dealt with James whom patiently helped us to choose the design, the right fabric, creative colors, and foams. James is professional and diligent. It’s a pleasant experience.
