Very caring, courteous, professional, friendly, and overall really nice people. The store inside is so clean and fresh. I recommend that any and all people should at least check Janzen's store out.I had been using a different pharmacy for around 30 years, but they get really busy now, and I guess the employees can't handle the stress. They are rude on the phone like a keyboard cowboy

There is no commitment or compassion from the staff towards the walk-in -patients. The receptionist and the doctor call the patients according to their preferences.I have received my appointment at 12.15pm when I came their for walk-in clinic. I had been waited their till 2 o clock to see the doctor. It’s better to go to any other clinics or different locations.The service is garbage I would say

I stopped by before 11am to see if I could see the doctor and signs were already posted that they were not accepting anymore walk-in patients …good grief!

The walk in clinic made me give a 4 star rating. I went there this morning at 930am. And was told 1130am I'll get in and we didn't go in until 1pm. She took an half hour per person. When I said it was a long wait she got upset with me like I was putting her down. Very rude doctor. The pharmacy area is very nice tho that's why the 4 stars.

Extremely rude. As soon as I get to the Walk-in clinic, before a word can even come out of my mouth, a woman comes out as says, We're full" in an extremely rude manner. I explain that my 3 year old... and she repeats "We're full" again in the same rude manner. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Even just saying

Above & Beyond. I normally get my prescriptions from another pharmacy but on one of my products they couldn’t get it, I waited months and they still couldn’t get it in stock to I decided to try this Janzen’s in Northwood. I talked to a woman named Cassidy I believe and she went way out of her way to try and find it for me, she called other locations and figured something out. They had to tweak my medication just a tad and the pharmacist named Christopher took the time and patience to explain the changes and to explain the directions. Such nice people, so helpful and polite.

Walk-in clinics gives preference to patients who walks in rather than people who have their appointments booked. Poor and very slow service. Appointment was at 11am. I waited there for an hour and could not get in and decided to walk out
