The food was good, I was surprised with the amount of plant based options they have.The service was good, the staff was very attentive and ready to help with anything.The only thing that disappointed me a bit was the fact that they still use plastic straws.The place was not very clean, which is understandable for a burguer place in the middle of a busy night out street. But still, place was not very much clean.

Hamburger is OK but too pricey. Not wow! There are several houseflies buzzing around in that restaurant. It is so awful to see them while you eat. I complained to the staff about them. They shrugged and they said they didn’t do anything about those bugs. I decided to wrap up and take my food to leave instead of dining there. I never will go back to eat there again.

Good customer service and impressive customer service for a franchise restaurant…The cashier was polite and explained everything in details and helped us get the best thing as they have a LOT of choices to make…Tried the crispy chicken and it was great!

The breakfast egg sandwich was overcooked. Often times, the yolk is runny when i order it at hero burger, but at this location it was more solid.

It's not really any better than a fast food place. The food isn't bad but the wait was long. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Cold burgers . Dried up cheese . Rude customer service by the guy at the counter on a Saturday evening shift when asked to heat the burger cuz who wants to eat cold burgers ! But they were constantly defending a cold burger almost as if it’s normal to have a cold burger . They blamed it on the franchise and what not . Just got a request to have a fresh tasting burger . We just got the burger home instead to heat it up and eat . On eating it tastes STALE . Never going back to this location . NEVER . What a disappointment .

Variety of choices makes this franchise different than others…They have food for people from any taste…Best fast food and late night choice in the area which has been there for long time and already known for good and lovely service!!!

Staff made customers feel invisible and unwelcome. Environment too uncomfortable to stay to eat at. Wait was long. Price was too high for a cold burger. Fries was good though. Regret going there without reading reviews first. Prev reviews were spot on.

I just tried to order a burger by phone for pickup. Called the actual location. I had an actual person on the phone, who incredibly told me that he couldn't take my order over the phone. He said I had to go through Uber Eats or some other mechanism. What planet is this where I can't place an order by phone? Is business so good that you actively chase money away? I've never had someone refuse to take my money. Great business plan, send your customers away. I got a pizza instead.
