I bought a set of used Dunbars and have been remarkably happy with the sound. When I approached Rick about some refreshing of the finish and engraving on the ferrules, he has been very helpful in navigating through the options. I don't know how many times I wrote to him with little questions. He responded quickly and professionally as if I was his most important client.I can recommend both the product and the service with confidence.

Very upset with order recently placed. Contacted via their contact page on their site and still no answer. Ordered a new bag cover for my Dunbar P 3. On their online store they show a cover made by Highland Gear, just like the one that came with my pipes and I ordered it. However they sent a cover from a different maker that is so poorly made I feel that with a fully inflated it will split. Granted the Highland Gear bag is more expensive and I don't mind paying the extra. Sell the product you advertise, up date your site.
