Talked to rep Christine. Not very nice. Had to wait 24 hours for a quote when I called 3 other places that day and got a quote right away. It took me a minute to find out when I got my g1 that was a long time ago and she was basically telling me that I have know exactly or they can’t quote me. Found out. Called me with a quote. Quote was SO high. Told me it’s because the info I gave her is wrong. Nope sorry I called 3 other places with the same correct info and got way cheaper 50$ a month cheaper. Not really impressed. Made me feel stupid!!

Never have I ever had such a disrespectful experience with an insurance company, not only are the brokers at this establishment incompetent but also penalize customers that have been with them for over 10+ years and don't apologize for bad service. Never do they call you back in a timely manner, waited over 2 months to hear back from my broker Patty Dove. I would not recommend going with their services and look elsewhere!

Tried calling 3 days in a row and my broker won't pick up the phone . Even tried talking to someone else and they couldn't help me because I already had a broker .
