Sugar Mama makes the most delicious decorated cookies I have ever tasted. Somehow (magic!?) they are huge, soft (both the icing and cookie itself), delicately flavoured, and beautifully custom decorated as discussed. They are easy and friendly to work with. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit and we'll definitely be back. The cookies had excellent texture and awesome flavours.

Honest Review: I paid around $16 for three cookies. Therefore, this review will be based on the price paid. I got the dark chocolate sea salt, the moo moo, and the strawberry cheesecake cookie.The Dark Chocolate Sea Salt: The cookie is a flatter cookie, I would say the diameter is approximately 4 inches. That being said, it was an average chocolate chip cookie. It was not worth $5.65 per cookie. This cookie can be improved drastically by playing with ingredients. I understand this is a vegan cookie, however flavour integrations such as brown butter can be done to enhance the quality of the cookie.The MooMoo: This cookie is most comparable to the double chocolate cookie found at Subway. However, at Subway you get more quantity for $5 verus what you pay for here at Sugar Mama. I do understand that this a gourmet bakery intended for baking COOKIES but the quality does NOT match the price for the cookie. Thus, the MooMoo definitely scores the lowest.The Strawberry Cheesecake: This cookie does not actually contain any cheesecake, it is just topped with cream cheese frosting. I would have expected cheesecake to be swirled in with the cookie dough. This is why this cookie did not meet my expectation. A modification to this cookie would be adding strawberry extract to the cookie dough and swirling in cheesecake with the cookie dough. Then topping it with drizzled cream cheese and drizzled strawberry syrup.All in all, I give it three stars due to the price not matching the quality of the product. If the cookies were around $2 each cheaper I would have been fully with you! Furthermore, I have review the menu collectively online, I think you guys should focus on adding the flavour more INSIDE the actually cookie and the dough rather than just topping the cookie with the flavour. It seems like a rather easy way to keep throwing out flavours. However, in order to truly be a master of the flavour of the cookie presented each element of the cookie should display that flavour. Take the strawberry cheesecake cookie for example, there is no cheesecake found within the cookie, just frosting.I know Sugar Mama just opened up, therefore more tweaking will be required. I hope not to offend you guys with the review but rather take it as constructive criticism. I only wish for your business to be successful. Hopefully some of these will be integrated. I

This is a very aesthetically pleasing place. The staff were very friendly and seem to know a lot about the cookies they offered. The cookies were good, but they definitely didn’t knock my socks off. I don’t mind if a product has a higher price point if it’s worth it. I just felt like the cookies were a bit more mediocre. It’s entirely possible it was the flavors I chose. It’s worth checking out.

Great cookies (too many to pick favourites!) The staff and super friendly! The shop is adorable! The baked cookies taste incredible; you can tell they're made with great ingredients. I love the rotating menu though I have been sad to see a few not make it back in the shop as quickly as I would like; however, it has forced me to to try new flavours which is never a bad thing (except my favourite list keeps growing!). The sugar cookies taste as fabulous as they look and stay fresh for a long time! BEST COOKIE SHOP!

Overall delicious! Love the exterior design of the building, very inviting. Some of the cookies were a bit too sweet for me but they were still good. My favourite cookie was definitely the banana bread type of cookie. Good texture and wasn't too sweet. Would come back to try other flavours.

This is the best cookie place in town by far! The cookies are always fresh and the flavours every week are sooo tasty. Not only that it’s not just a regular cookie they’re massive! The staff is also very friendly and it’s a beautiful spot.Highly recommend visiting this bakery!

What a sweet place! Staff were super friendly and the atmosphere is bright and colourful! Seating is comfy and I think this will be my next study space in the future;)I have been eyeing the PB & J cookie and it was sooo good. Super soft for a peanut butter cookie and the peanut butter frosting and strawberry jelly was perfect. Definitely a favourite! Couldn’t resist trying the everything but the kitchen sink which consists of a yummy chocolate chip cookie with a twist of salty pretzels and potato chips. Can’t wait to indulge in more cookies!

It's a clean brightly lit store with a cheerful atmosphere. I previously put there was no seating but upon review, I was remembering the wrong place because I could see from my photos there were inside. Normally I have full indoor shots but I missed out on it this time.Half a dozen was 26 dollars. If you have a sweet tooth it would be great for you.This sugar cookie isn't a plain Jane sugar cookie. There are some extra spices. I'm not really a fan of sugar cookies normally but this was a better than average version.Reese's was a winner for me and most of the people I took this too also favoured it above the others.I lean towards preferring less sweet so my star rating is biased that way. This store tends to have a bit of a sweeter offering which is great for those looking for that.Service was very friendly and helpful. I did not ask about samples at this time. I just bought most of the flavors.Parking is available for free on the street outside. There is also a parking lot that you can use that is nearby, closer towards Constance Popp.
