I called flowstar for a repair on my heater motor because my furnace was just way to loud , Mr.prince came in a very fast manner of time, turns out last person I got to do it sold me a cheap second hand motor, Mr.prince got me a FACTORY motor for my specific heater installed and done for a fair and reasonable price, and did a complimentary furnace clean . Now I can sleep at night no noise from my furnace. Would recommend to anyone 10/10!

FlowStar replaced a water heater which I received a couple other quotes for as well. They were very professional and punctual. The job was done quickly neatly and with high quality. This business really helped us during the minus 30 Cold Snap, when our furnace and thermostat stopped working. They called us back immediately and through facetime, walked us through immediate actions to mitigate flooding. They then came over at night, at about 10pm for repairs, after repairs, the staff stayed for 30 minutes to ensure the new equipment was working ok. Finally they checked in with us in the morning to make sure everything was still ok.

Very timely response to our urgent call.Furnace stopped working suddenly and was fixed in less than 15 hours.In this winter weather, this was most appreciated.Repair was done well, work area was left clean and his bill did not break the bank.He came into our home in a very professional manner, respected all Covid restrictions by wearing his mask and sanitizing his hands.This is his second job and we will surely call him next time and recommend him to anyone, anytime.
