River City Limo

Travelled with River City Limo from the Airport up to Sun Peaks. Communication with Cyndy and Josh was great, the ride excellent and bonus snacks after a long flight most welcome. Will definitely use River City Limos next time.

Went to sun peaks with our family of 7 about a month ago and best choice ever was to hire river city limo for our ground transfer from Kamloops Airport.our driver Eric was waiting for us in the terminal and helped with ALL of our luggage.lots of it including our ski gear.Josh and Cindy the owners had prearranged a 2nd vehicle for the luggage alone.Then off to the grocery store for the weeks provisions including the obligatory visit to the liquor store .We were fortunate to have Josh provide us with some great BC wine recommendations.Return pick up was punctual as well .Many thanks to Eric,Josh and Cindy for the utmost professionalism.we are already planning our visit for 2023.Martin and Tara

We can not praise the services, communication, reliability and ease of use offered by River City Limo highly enough. We travelled for almost 24 hours from Sydney to Kamloops, having experienced many flight changes since our original booking was made and then on the day of travel, many delays at Vancouver before eventually arriving in Kamloops. At all times River City Limo were prompt in their replies and assured us a driver would be waiting. The service from Eric was excellent. We had thought our only other interaction would be on our return trip back down the mountain. That was until our daughter broke her ankle. River City Limo were so helpful and supportive taking us down for x-rays and returning back to Sun Peaks later that day. Eric at all times made our daughter feel reassured and comfortable. Cyndy and Josh really helped me with providing the prompt and accurate communication, bookings, invoicing and really genuinely reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company and their honest approach to business. They were a pleasure to deal with and everyone we dealt with made the trip the best it could be. Luckily for us what dominates the trip for us is not a disaster but knowing there are decent people who are prepared to support and assist you even when you could have been just another customer. I will definitely use this business again - if I am lucky enough to visit Sun Peaks again that is!

Cindy and River City Limos were absolutely fantastic! Our original booking had to be changed due to flight cancellations and Cindy was immediately contactable and very accomodating. On top of that Eric who drove us to Sun Peaks was an absolute champion. Thoroughly recommend! Thankyou Cindy and Eric for great service with a friendly banter! To top everything off the price was extremely reasonable.

PERFECTION!!! We have used a shuttle service in the past to get from Kamloops airport to Sun Peaks… it’s fine - but with late arrival and super early departure times we decided to use River City Limos.We knew that our driver would keep an eye on our flight and we wouldn’t be kept waiting by other travelers…Well, we arrived in Kamloops after a huge day and Eric greeted us…He all but carried us to our gorgeous limo and settled us in for the hour trip…There were snacks and drinks and the seats were just SO comfy…I’m sad to say it was so comfortable that we all fell asleep for the entire trip!!3.40am Eric picked us up in Sun Peaks for our trip to Kamloops airport…Again, Eric sorted us and our luggage…The hotel staff took photos of us getting into our “rock star” limo!!The trip was smooth and relaxing.For 4 people - the limo cost about the same as a shuttle and the ease of dealing with River City Limos would have paying more well worth it!Cyndy is just a delight!We will use you again next time! We contacted River City Limo to transfer us from Kamloops Airport to Sun Peaks (and return). We had a positive experience right from our initial contact via email months in advance, through to the transfer where our driver was punctual and friendly. I am a nervous passenger but was very happy with his driving skills.

River City Limo was fantastic. They accommodated my request for dates, then when I had to change it, they continued to make it work for us. The limo driver was excellent and engaging in a professional and fun way!Thanks River City Limo for adding to my daughter's 16th birthday in such great way!

Booked a stretch limo to collect my group at Kamloops airport. From the beginning of the booking the company were great.Eric, wow, what a gentleman and very amicable, picked us up at the airport, took us for our grocery shop and alcohol stop. River City Limo transferred my nine of us (two families) to and from Sun Peaks - they were brilliant! So friendly, helpful, always early and ready to assist with all the bags and gear. They stopped so we could do grocery shop and went above and beyond when we arrived in Sun Peaks and our house wasn't quite ready - gave us a tour around and took us to collect our lift passes etc. Amazing

Our driver was fantastic! Limo was clean and comfy with lots of room for 11 old ladies! We will book with them again for sure!
