Good experience overall. Purchased a Buick for a good price. Had some major problems with the car but every time the dealership was swift to take the car back and offer a rental. Despite the car having to be brought into service over a dozen times in 3 years, the warranty was consistently applied and I received a rental. When major failures of the vehicle continued after the warranty expired, the Vice President offered to have it fixed once more without charge, once again providing a rental and even going beyond to fill the tank and clean the car. The good service offered by Crosstown, the Customer Service Manager, and the management alike contributed to what made my poor experience with my Buick a better one.

After purchasing a brand new vehicle from Crosstown there were some issues. Which happen with cars and I understand that, but due to the negligence of the staff there, my car was given back to me without a test drive being done, and it was not safe to drive. Crosstown informed me that three separate test drives were done, and an extra test drive done by the sales manager as I requested him to do so for me. Out of curiosity I checked the Chevy App on my phone and checked the location services on my vehicle... It never left their lot. If I could give zero stars I would. They made it very clear that they do not care about my safety.

I’ve been taking my vehicle to Crosstown service for 3 and a half years now. They are always pleasant to deal with. Honestly, there are very few places that i have found that provide this level of customer care and service. If only every company treated their customers this way. Thanks Crosstown!

Sue and I where in touch with Tammy Stewart.she presented us with information about a 2023 Chev Blazer and ordered the vehicle. Through no fault of herwe waited after two months nothing on the Horizon. But low and behold she found a 2021 Blazer same colour with more options and lesser in price ,Bonus we received it today detailed and served mechanical done,all good she informed with all the options and explained all set on star and Sirius. Thanks Tammy for all you have done great sales woman good job well done.

From one bad experience to the next repeatedly. unfortunately i understand and tried very hard to be polite to person i was dealing with ( Cassandra) nice person! But unfortunately very disappointed with chev and dealership. So many problems with a new suv ( avoid the blazer rs at all cost ) right from factory hood and hatch didnt line up causing back hatch to rust and chip :( they called 8 months later saying they got approval and good news is they would cover 25% of work to be done .... honestly lol , right from day one guess it was leaking antifreeze which they charged me to test a couple of times leaving me for 4 days onve without wheels only to tell me they couldnt find anything ( at that time when under warranty , i tacked on more milage reaching my maximum for warranty apparently when i noticed the antifreeze was down lots booked an appointment saying obviously something wrong ,,,they found a leak saying my rad was pushed up and id have to go after dealership i bought it from ( apple wood gmc) or pay 1800. To fix as my warranty is done , i get it can happen but ill never own another gmor chev product again! Traded it in and will only deal with laurentain chrysler on falcon bridge !!!! Already treated like a customer should be !!

They are amazing and makes the vehicle buying process really smooth. We have family and friends who have had positive experiences buying from them as well. Had a recall done while in Sudbury here. Had problems after recall, brought the vehicle back so they could diagnose the issue. Mechanic" broke items diagnosing my vehicle and quoted an $800 replacement part. I declined

Poor customer service particularly in the parts department. I went there upon the direction of roadside assistance to get them to cut a key for me. I dealt with three unpleasant staff members, including the manager and after waiting for over a hour, finally got a key but it was not the right key. I contacted them again and explained they cut the wrong key and the manager, Don, refused to acknowledge any wrong doing. refused to cut another key, and refused to refund.Horrible service. I reached out to CTV News consumer alert's Pat Foran to help make things right and to warn others about the horrible ethics at Crosstown Chevrolet.

Extremely satisfied with our experience in purchasing from Crosstown. Jillian and Trevor were very helpful throughout the entire pre and post sale experience. There was no high pressure sales tactics as we had experienced at other dealerships and overall we are extremely satisfied with our experience and would definitely return.
