Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. The staff took their time to install and explain how to use my new gear. They also went out of their way to make sure that I had one key to lock and unlock all my Thule gear. Thanks Guys!!!

Great service, very professional, they know what they are doing and fast. I made apointment on the same day and the rack was installed perfectly in 1 hour. Will come here again if I need anything as rack or hitch.

This is a well stocked garage near Laurier Park. Eric was businesslike and helpful: he knows the options. Produced an estimate and I booked a fitting date. Our car has a naked roof": no roof bars

Old man's customer service is awful. The young guy is nice but can't do much. The last employee seems to be in final phase of a cancer. The quality of their work was okay and nothing more.

Understaffed and grumpy about it. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while two of them worked the phones and ignored the clients in the shop. Asked if I could pick up the part I'd already ordered and paid for, and they reacted with two spoonfuls of indignation. They're pretty much the only game in town if you happen to need Thule parts. Just don't expect them to thank you for buying there.

Don't go anywhere else! I'm extremely pleased that I bought my Thule Cargo box from Rack Evasion. The staff took the time to install it properly, moving the crossbars on my vehicle's factory-installed rack so that my tailgate would still open properly. Thanks!

Fast and experienced. Had to change a lock on my thule carrier box and service was impeccable. Everything was done under 2 min but I was lucky because i was told it could take up to an hour or so.Def will return.
