Went in to get used bow set up that I did not even buy from there. Bow tech delt with me as if I was only customer in the store woth full attention even though was really busy and someone behind me was there to buy full brand new custom setup. This is first review I've ever written customer service best I've ever seen.

Both of the owners are amazing and informative. For someone like me who doesn't know much about the outdoors and is learning, they have both been extremely patient. Each time we go there it's a great experience.

The staff are awesome, a wealth of knowledge and friendly. They have a wide selection of hunting, fishing and trapping gear. If you need any work done to your bow, I recommend bringing it here. Once its tuned up, head to the back to the indoor range and try your skills.

I love this place!! The guys here are helpful and passionate about the outdoors and they treat everyone who comes through the doors like family. There's nothing like a stupid question and they will take all the time you need to help you with anything you need help with be it hunting, fishing, trapping, or shooting. The indoor range is brilliant and the birthday parties they run are awesome and super reasonably priced. If you go there tell Crystal, Cal and Sherri I said hi!!!

Can't say much cause I wasn't there long but they were very friendly and helpful even to send me over to what I can assume is their competition. If you're looking for a place with helpful staff I'd recommend you go to this place.

Came into the shop. Caleb was extremely helpful and gave lots of little tweaks to fine tune the bow and didn't have an attitude that a lot of people in the filed seem to have an arrogance about. I HIGHLY recommend this location
