They are open during the pandemic when they are not suppose to. This is not an essential business. Extremely unethical.

Please confirm before going to the store that they have the stuff. We waited for a long time to get our stuff and then after we've been informed that they did not have that stuff.

Dont waste your time calling the electrical desk. I have left 4 messages in the past week to call me back regarding an order that is now in it's 3rd week and no one ever return your call. Their customer service is terrible. You go there in person and they give you all kind of excuses why your part is not in and promise to call you back with an update, but they never do. If you can shop somewhere else, you will save yourself lot's of grief.

Great assortment of lighting options along with exceptional customer service! They have great in-store sales and promotions throughout the year so watch out for those if you're looking for a deal. I've bought several lighting fixtures here and got way higher quality than the big box stores and at better prices! Highly recommend you give one of their stores a visit!

Been here a dozen times now, every time I've not only SAVED money but was met with friendly staff and excellent service. Better prices than Amazon and Home depot and you get what you need on the spot! - No brainer!

We purchase a very large order here for our renovations, pot lights, pendents, under cabinet lights and a chandelier. Melissa is fantastic, knowledgeable and helpful. They have many items in stock so we did not have to wait for most of it. The accent lighting took about 4 weeks after we ordered and that was what they said it would take. Melissa was very responsive and provided pricing on everything we asked for within a day or two. I wish every store had skilled and service oriented sales personnel like her. So far we did not have any problems with any lights so I cannot comment on after sale care.

My husband and I recently purchased a new dining room light. There was a ton of selection and the salesman was very helpful in helping us narrow it down to just the right light for us. Overall, great experience!

Good selection of light fixtures that you can't find at the builder stores. If you need a fixture to make a statement in the room this is the place you will find it. They also sell a few home decorating items. I found a side table there that's one of a kind. ❤️

While a decent selection of lighting fixtures I was very disappointed with their business practices and subsequent attitude.As I was building my house I would buy fixtures to see what they looked like in the house. I would buy more than I needed and so would return fixtures that did not work. I returned 3 sconces, although I did not have a receipt, and was given a hand written note to that effect. While they have a record of the original invoice they refuse to find it.They have since sold those sconces to someone else but have refused to refund me any money. In effect they sold the same item twice!When I tried to deal with them, I found their attitude arrogant and very dismissive, not client friendly at all. I will never buy anything there again!
