Best place I have worked in Canada hands down!!Highly professional company from bottom to the top!!

I worked as a temp with 40 hours/week for over 4.5 months (2022 Summer) in both parts and service departments. I have to say and admit that the three managers: the Branch manager, Dominik; the Parts manager, Randal; and the Service manager, Ben are very great people to work with. They treat the employees, suppliers, and customers with the utmost respect and kindness. I enjoyed working a lot with all three of them, especially Randal since he was the manager I dealt with the most. Randy is always there to support his employees and back them up. He never gets upset or yell at any employee even when things go wrong. He's a such great manager to work with. He respects employees from different background and ethnicity. He is indeed a very professional manager with a lot of qualities to learn from.All the three managers treated me like I was a full timer everyday. They always appreciated my work and supported me. Whenever I needed anything, I would go to ask them for and got it right the way. I also had a chance to work with Raymond from the Montreal office who I had with a great time chatting and getting things done both in English and French.It was a great pleasure to work with the top managers and the employees at the Calgary Branch. For sure, whenever they need me in the future, I will be glad to go and work with them again. I highly recommend the Calgary Prevost Branch for work and getting buses fixed. I can't say enough positive about this Prevost service center - Dominik and Josee got me in right away. Vaughn the technician was great at getting the job done quickly and i was back on the road safely in just a few hours. This space is only temporary as a new large service center is being built down the road and should be ready in a few months.I don't live in the area but if i was to have service done at Prevost I would highly recommend this Prevost service center.

Would like to thank Randy an his staff for best In Class service. So refreshing to walk out the door of a big business with a smile on your face , an think that’s the way they all should operate .

Always help you in a bind and get you going fast. Great after hours service too. Have used them multiple times and more to come.

I own a 2006 Prevost Coach converted by Royal. I have had this coach for a little over a year and have been dealing with Adeal, in parts. He is easy to work with and very knowledgeable of all the parts my bus has needed. Once, I needed parts after hours and the parts manager (Randy) came in on his own time and got me what I needed. Now, that's service! Dominic, who is the Branch Manager, is great to deal with as well, and sorts out any problems that might arise. A great team to deal with in Canada, even if you're not in Calgary.

This particular Prevost Parts & Service location is always kind and fast with its services. Especially Adeel and Daniel, thank you for always being so kind and quick, they are amazing. I am grateful that there is a Prevost Parts & Service like this in Calgary.
