From the initial bid to the final finishing touches everything was handled so professionally, and perfectly. I still can't believe how they mange to get every little detail on our house so perfect and so fast. The crew was especially careful with our landscaping, not a drop of paint out of place and kept us in the loop throughout the entire project. Just look at how perfect the trim is done against the main paint color. Every time we drive up to our house, we are so Happy. Nicely done CertaPro, nicely done.

This is apparently one of those cases where a high rating on Google isn't indicative of reality, and we're disappointed with the whole experience.The quoting and planning process was very smooth, giving us confidence that CertaPro had it together and would be a professional outfit. Ours was a larger interior painting job, so we knew going into this that it would be a disruption to our lives for a few days. But what happened was far worse.On the first day of the job, only when I contacted them around 10am did they remember to tell us that the crew wouldn't be showing up that day. On Day 2, the crew only was on site for 3 hours, not cleaning up as per the contract. Day 3 was far worse, with the crew leaving open paint trays in the middle of the floor, and not cleaning up anything. They also didn't show up until 3pm. Days 4 and 5 were just as bad, and the folks in the office rarely picked up the phone or returned a message.If it was just late crews and poor communication, but a good paint job, that would have been fine. But the crew left the job with poorly repaired holes, they painted some of our outlets (not the covers, the outlets!), wavy edges in room transitions, and didn't even remove some of the outlet covers in places (just painted around them...who does that?).We were so thankful for them to leave and wish to have nothing else to do with CertaPro.

This is the second time I have used CertaPro painters. They have done an outstanding job both times. The painters are very courteous, and pay attention to detail. The follow-up by supervision is spot on. Not only is the quality of workmanship stellar, but the price is very competitive. I will definitely use CertaPro painters for any future painting jobs at my house and I highly recommend them to others.

Very happy with the crew, Ryan was great to work with. They did better than I expected. They went the extra miles to repair couple of areas that we did not know what to do. It turned out better than we anticipated. We recommend this team a 100%.3 months later********3 months later found some peeled paint. I emailed them 3 times to come back to fix that spot. Beth was great to work with! She’s professional, timely, and knowledgeable. The painters did an amazing job fixing the drywall and painting the walls and ceilings. I’d use them again and would recommend them to others.

Scot was friendly, informative and professional during the appointment to review the scope of the indoor painting work. We received an e-mail with an estimate the next day.Not long after we responded that we wanted to go ahead with the work, we received a call to schedule the work.The painters arrived as scheduled, and the job took 1-1/2 days to complete. The painter, Lupe, took great care in fixing/spackling nail pops, etc, and cleaning up upon completion. The quality of the work was excellent, and was completed in the expected time frame.Scot returned on completion of the work and joined us for a walkthrough to make sure we were satisfied.Great quality work as well as attention to the customer. I’ll definitely recommend.

Its been about a little over a year since the job was completed. The paint is bubbling on most of the hand rails around the front porch and drain gutters around the house. The paint on the stairs to the entrance of the house and back porch is flaking off.

We had CertaPro paint our home a few last month. They had great communication from the beginning and end and made having to reschedule due to weather super easy. They listened to us and delivered exactly what we wanted. The results are amazing!

We had an average to below average experience with CertaPro for our exterior painting job. Beth did a great job with the estimate, and provided extremely useful information. She was thorough, provided a prompt quote, and was available for any questions I had. That's why I originally chose them for the project. However, it went downhill once the job actually started.The first issue we had was lack of communication. We were told that the job would start on Friday, and they would work through the weekend until the job was finished. We had some plans we had to make for our animals while the job was occurring, so we had them stay elsewhere for the weekend. The painters came on Friday, and then didn't come back until Monday. None of this was communicated to us, so it was impossible for us to plan around it. This was quite frustrating. The contract also states that they will communicate with you daily to inform you of what has been completed
