Well organized and well stocked. The layout is exactly like the one we frequent most at home making it easy to find items quickly. Clean store. No self checkout.

My most recent visit to Shoppers was very nice. I don't often go shopping here but it is always very clean, smells good, organized and great pricing, a wide variety of items to shop for and good deals as well as being able to collect PC Optimum Points. I will be returning more often!

I can’t say enough positive compliments to this pharmacy, cosmetics and store in general. There hasn’t been a time where they haven’t stepped up and helped me and my family . There were times when I was desperate from an allergic reaction - all staff from floor to pharmacy helped me . I have yet to receive such great help in 30 years of living in Simcoe .I had surgery and these people were there - all the way - from herbal supplements to helping me decide what is best for me .If they are busy - I wait - they are well worth it in my experience and I am grateful. Btw - I haven’t always been nice and they have handled it with grace .They have my business- because they care . After Covid and what we have been through- I am grateful for all of them .Thank you . Just my thoughts on the Simcoe store .

I would rate my experience lower than 1 if I could. I went in there May 16 2023 at about 5pm and I stood infront of the pharmacy where there was about 8 people working a few people looked my direction but ignored me. They continue to talk about the cartoons they watched as a kid like the Animaniacs and didn't even address me. I went back to the brace section tried on a few braces and went to pay. As I am leaving a lady asked me how I was doing and I was like I'm not impressed when you have 8 people in the pharmacy and not one person helped me, they all were just standing around. She then said well do you need a pharmacist, I said I did but not now and I will never shop here again. By far the worse experience I had in a pharmacy ever.

The individuals who work the pharmacy are fantastic. All other staff are excellent and knowledgeable.

Rude staff, post office closes at 4pm?? How about changing your online and even your ON THE DOOR hours to reflect that??? Never go for anything here...

The staff at the front check our very nice. Management have reduced the check out cashiers to 2 and added so many self checkout stalls. Not everyone is comfortable doing self checkout.Doing this drives people away

I shop here alot and this is the second time the girl at the counter has been rude. Tonight while I was at self check out she cane and asked me if I needed help. I said no thanks. She said are you sure. You are a senior citizen. I looked at her and asked if she was serious right now and she smirked and said yes. I don't even have a grey hair. Last time I was in her and her partner just kept laughing. I have no idea who these people are. I've never met them before but they are extremely rude. One younger girl with long hair is the worst of the two. No one should be treated so disrespectful. Your cosmetic team is fantastic. Your front store staff are disgraceful.

This one star is for the pharmacy.When you call 2 days ahead of time and your prescription isn't ready when you go to pick it up is really frustrating. The lady that served me was beyond rude and thought it was rude of me to expect it to be ready. Umm that's why people call ahead because they expect it to be ready not have to wait 20min.
