Coincidentally this office was going to represent myself as a seller and the actual buyer of my home. Maythorpe was willing to drop the other client even though they had contacted Maythorpe first and had everything lined up. Maythorpe just wanted my file since it had a purchase and a sale, therefore they would screw their first customer just to make a few hundred more. Typical Lawyers I suppose..However, they must not be good ones since they let me know their plan.

I request for a quote for my Construction Mortgage with Refinance and Property Title Transfer. Talked to one of their staff, she explained me in detail and straight to the point.

The following is my opinion: Very average service. Takes a long time for them to complete paper work. Nice enough if you aren't in a rush. Also ended up doing paper work that we didn't actually legally need and I was sure to ask if it was legally required.

Eryn did not notify me of her company's rates on our first meeting. When we met the last time, I was surprised that I was being charged so much. Comeshare Society referred me to them. The Caregiver Outreach Co-ordinator said that I would get free legal service. She and I were wrong. She later said that I would get a free initial consultation.
