Been dealing with this guys for 4 years went for oil change and refused me because they were too busy I was there at 330 they had over an hour and a half to serve me but I guess they want to go home early You won't see me back with both vehicles

22 11 09 I wanted to post just how much I appreciate having Steve & his shop in town.I'm happy that I discovered this shop. My mechanic of many years recently hung up his hat. Finding a good mechanic that you feel you can trust is a challenge. I have no problem trusting Steve and his guys. He is no BS and very fair. A small town gem.

That is the mechanic shop that i have always trused for years. Steve, the owner is always there to help the customers. He did it again to me today as i was stuck my un removable wheel. I would recomend Auto Tech to everyone.

Got brakes done only to find they put on lugs that didn't appear to be the ones I put on went back this time the nuts were chipped due to the impact used on them not impressed with the work done the lugs were also way tighter then the recommended spec making it more prone to chips and cracks not coming back here for maintenance work again now I have to spend more and buy onces that aren't defective.*** Pic of brand new ones""

Steven is an absolute legend.Every time we have issues with our car, we can count on excellent service and never have I ever felt I was being overcharged.Recently we brought in our Pathfinder with an issue the dealer quoted us over $5000 for and Steve was like “Nah, find me the part you need and we’ll take care of it”Job was done (including a $500 part) for under $700.These folks can count on my patronage for as long as we have cars!

They go extra mile to help you for your questions.Very cooperative.Service center consults you when they troubleshoot the problem and provides excellent service.It is my home garage now and I go there for my all issues.

My car wouldn't start yesterday. My son boosted it overnight. Today I called a couple of places and they were too busy to even look at it. Then I called Embrun Auto Tech. Steve told me he could look at it and I drove over right away. He checked both the alternator and battery. It turns out the battery was no good. As busy as they were Steve offered to change it immediately which he did. I was so impressed with the service. Steve is MY HERO!!!! I would highly recommend Embrun Auto Tech!

Today my car wouldn’t start at the grocery store and I needed to get it boosted. The tow truck driver recommended that I drive over to this shop and they would check the battery and change it out. I drove over after the boost and they were able to take me in and change the battery right away. Very fast, very friendly! I will be back! Thank you for turning a not so great afternoon into a positive one!!
