Jackets are cheap. I bought 2 winter jackets for my twins, after 3 months of wearing the zipper broke and the sleeves were torn.

While the quality of the product isn't the greatest so to say, it is perfect for the price you pay. Our 14 year old needed a 1 time wear suit for his grade 8 grad and this was the best price anywhere. Everywhere else was at least 2 1/2 times more including rentals! I highly recommend them!

While this place is good for a one time wearable, there's nothing else good about this place. Buyer beware. No returns, limited quality

Here is the thing, I never leave one star reviews. I only try to let people know about the good. But I can’t believe what just happened at this store. I bought a jacket here and within a DAY AND A HALF the zipper had just fallen off. I was so sad because I really did love the jacket, it was the warmest I owned. I tried to return it today and the guy said no returns only exchanges while they didn’t have my size in the jacket I wanted and I didn’t like anything else. He literally shrugged us off. Said nothing he could do, go somewhere else. My husband was not ok with that answer. He refused to let us talk to a manager (I’m not dumb enough to beleive any responsible business would only have one manager and no one to fill in.) I understand stores have policies but don’t just shrug your shoulders at me and say oh well. It is terrible how they allow their customers to be treated

Got a winter jacket as a gift, went back to the store to see if they could exchange it but was unable to since it was a gift and i wasnt given the receipt and has 3 holes. This jacket is an XL and at most im a large but due to it being a little snug we got a bigger size. I lifted my arm and the inside tore a huge hole. if you look closely at the seams you can see it tearing. the inside pocket is shredded and ive never been treated with such disrespect when i went into speak to the manager. He told me since ive worn it and i dont have the reciept he cannot do anything and that i should have looked closely at the seams to see if there were any imperfections, when it is clearly a manufacturer issue not customer. If your selling clothing why sell clothing falling apart? and since it was a gift i was unable to have any say in what the jacket was, and since the person buying it has vision issues i can see why they never noticed the seams being the way they were. I would not recommend shopping here since their apparent policy is sold as is, which ive worked in retail and have never heard that unless its a second hand store. Completely disgusted with the way i was treated and the fact that i now had someone spend over $100 on a jacket i now cannot wear due to the holes in the seams and it basically falling apart. Absolutely disgusted.

It is my favorite store. I am a person over 70 years old but very active and this store covers all ages. The quality of the different goods is very good but the most important are the prices, I would say that they are insurmountable.

Very bad customer service l. I buy a expensive jacket from their but the size was not fit and when I go their to exchange the manager lady was very rude and arguments with me so I waste my money. I recommend you all do not go that store for shopping l. I had very bad experience

STAY AWAY! They are a scam. I bought a tshirt on discount from them, but when I tapped my phone to pay, they charged me full price for the tshirt. When I pointed this out, the cashier told me they cannot do anything and I should have verified the correct price. I told her I did, and showed her the section where it clearly showed the discounted price. She called her manager, who admitted that it was falsely labelled and that it is the store's mistake, but they refused to do anything about it. They refused to return/ offer store credit for an item I had bought just minutes ago, even though they admitted that it was their own mistake.

Stay away from this store the quality of the product is horrible we tried to return. They offered an exchange but do not have the product in the right size. So they told us to find another location. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I cant the manager is on vacation there are no refunds that's it. Stay away from this place the zippers are plastic and break very very easily they will not stay behind d the product they sell. The cashier shrugged st me and basically said its isnt his problem.
