Host very friendly. Drove from Ontario to Kelowna. Travelled to Vancouver. On our way back we stayed here. Close to the highway and amenities. Don't let the looks fool you, this is a great spot to stay!Clean washrooms and showers which is a plus.

Great spot right on the river. Half RV / half tent spots. Quiet, clean hot showers. Host is very friendly. Perfect for a night or two passing through town.

A native band run campsite right near downtown Hope. A great place to come and relax by the river (not for swimming though). In and amongst the trees, gets windy in Hope, so be advised. But the campground is good. Laid out pretty decent. Many spots have power, some don’t. Lots of tent space- in and around the fields. Porta potties brought in for summer, but there is a fully serviced washroom building. Showers are included in the price, sani dump included in the price, laundry facilities on site (coin operated). They sell wood and ice at the office. Ive been here a few times and it’s nice. They generally don’t take reservations, so there’s almost always a spot. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t been.

Great location with fantastic views. Plenty of toilets and showers, several water hoses to fill up tanks.Very busy street is passing by the camping ground which can be noisy and surprisingly, only one part of the camp ground has a solid fence, the other one a simple chain link fence, no hedge, nothing, which leaves room for improvement. Two person, dog and a truck was $30 for a night, which is a great price. The host is friendly.

Great site for a night! We set up a tent. Friendly staff. Good pricing. It is not the most quiet place (road, guests). I slept no problem. It is beautiful at the river and provides good shade and plenty of space.

Our goto place to stop over on our way to the Island. No reservations accepted, first come, first serve, which we like. The first time we stopped was on a weekend and it was quite full, but they said just find a piece of grass anywhere and pick your spot. Clean, friendly and a perfect place right in town along the Fraser River

The park was easy to find. It is located right off of Highway 1 in the town of Hope. There is pavement all the way until you drive into the park. Signage is adequate. Check in did not exist. There was a note on the office door asking users to find a spot and a clerk would check you in at the site later. Also posted was that there was no power at any sites nor was there any water available in the park .The site we chose was unmarked. The only thing that signified it as a site was that there was a picnic table present. It was a back in (that we nosed into) that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. . There are no buffers between sites. Distancing looks like it would be very close, almost awning to slide, if all sites were occupied. Our site was un-level and uneven The base was loose dirt. The view" of the Fraser River was hidden behind some very large trees. We can't comment on any of the other attributes the park may have as we decided to leave. Rain was in the forecast and we did not want to stay in a mud pit.We chose this park because other camper we met thought it was great. Large spaces

The view is everything here. It's a great place to appreciate the size and strength of the Fraser River. Most of the sites are elevated on the river's edge and lots of them have power and water. The sites aren't super level and the serviced sites are stacked pretty close together but no one seemed to mind. We stayed in a dry site at one end of the campground and we had lots of privacy. They don't take reservations but even on a warm Friday in July there were still spaces available at 8:00pm. The office opens at 7:00am and closes at 11:00pm so there was no worry about arriving too late to get a spot. It's the perfect jumping off point if you're heading into the interior and you want to get the lower mainland traffic behind you and start fresh in the morning. I would come back.
