Super friendly and helpful staff. Always happy to go there. Their lumber yard is usually well stocked and when you need something in a pinch, you're rarely disappointed.

Nice drive-through lumber yard... Everything is easy to access: the wood was well organized and the driving aisles were nice and wide. I didn't go inside the store, so I cannot comment on the main part of the store. The outside staff were friendly and helpful.

I would give a zero if I could to be sworn at and yelled at in the store is simply unbelievable. I went there to pick up some paint. There is a bell that you ring for service. I rang it gently the first time and waited. About 5 or 6 minutes I rang it again. I was not in the least impatient I could see they were busy. I was standing there when one of the guys from outside walked by. He had seen me come in. He told me to ring it and I responded that I already had. He said ring it and hit it several times because they may not hear you. I did what he told me to. Another young male worker was walking by and went ballistic. He swore at me in French and was yelling as he was trying to grab the bell. I told him to stop so I could explain but he just continued yelling. It will be a long time before I ever frequent that store again.

Great customer service, great selection of products and well stocked. Small store with a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve always had an excellent experience when shopping there. Everyone gives it their all. Keep up the amazing work!

I made the mistake of ordering a truck delivery from here. I was never contacted with a delivery date; I couldn't reach anyone by phone; I ended up having to drive to the store to ask about my order status, only to find out that it was out for delivery while I was at the store. To top it off, one of the items was missing from my order. What a disorganised mess.

Every single time I come in to this store I am always (un)welcomed by incompetent, unwilling staff who carry an absolutely atrocious attitude. I genuinely feel that the staff are not aware that their job is to help assist customers. I asked for someone to cut some straps from a bundle of lumber, the guy grunts, says “no” walks off, comes back 10 minutes later after i was able to do it myself (not my job), then says “you good?” I reply yes thanks, he then just trundles off carrying the chip on his shoulder. This happens every single time I’m here. Asked for the manager, not available funnily enough. It’s unacceptable and there’s not a chance I’ll come back here again. I’d rather drive the extra 20 minutes and go to Home Depot. It’s appalling.

I've received the one of the best customer service in a while today at Rona. Things can always happen with large orders, and it doesn't even matter because Joel made me feel that he is truly sorry and he fixed the situation with the compassion, no excuses, and in timely manner.

Always a good experience shopping at this smaller local branch of Rona. Some might argue that choice is limited, however, it has a nice ma and pa shop feel and it has a bit of everything. I don’t need 40 choices for a light fixture, I just need a place where I can buy paint, mulch, screws or a hook for the toilet without needing to go to a big box store. Client service is always friendly and courteous.
