Well if i could give 0 stars i would! I called in yesterday looking for 14/3 wire for a water well. I said, that has 3 wires and a ground wire and needs to be submersible. He says sure thing i got it here. Went in the next day(30m drive) and the guy at the counter just had a rude demeaner before even getting to business. You know that attitude like someone is annoyed at having to do their job. Asked for the wire i spoke about the previous day. He gave me attitude like he wasnt there, but OK, i said im here to pick up 76 feet of submersible wiring 14/3....thats 3 wires and a ground. I was quoted $176 the day before but he says its $245, with attitude like their own employees incompetence is some how my fault. So i pay for the wiring and he goes in the back and brings me 14/2 wire. I say no i need 14/3.....again 3 wires and a ground wire. He says its cut, you bought it. After some brief back and forth and some ignorant comments from another female employee i get the manager and a refund. They didnt have what i was looking for and wasted my time. I find when you see multiple employees with this demeanor it usually means upper management sucks and it all bleeds downhill to employees. It then overflows to poor quality, product and service to the customer. I will definitely never go back there, i definitely recommend no one else goes there. EECOL electric is in town and ive had great service from them. Hope this reviews saves people some time, money and having to deal with disgruntled employees!

Friendly knowledgable staff, have dealt with them for years and even through supply chain issues they have been honest and accurate with their orders.
