Good place overall for massages… and haven’t been able since to have my insurance accepted at the front desk so I have to do it myself… I’ve been there probably 5 times. A 60 minute massage is 120$The beauty saloon is pricey so we haven’t bothered booking anything.The website works good for reservations

I was in recently to get my hair cut. I had long hair and wanted a change so I asked for my hair to be cut to about where the crease of my armpit is with some layers hitting around my face and shoulders. My stylist was nice, but very chatty and extremely distracted. She ended up cutting all of my hair above my shoulders. By the time I noticed what she had done it was too late. I didn't have the heart to tell her how much I hate it. I specifically told her I wanted to be able to get it up into a ponytail and I cannot. She was nice but I just wish she had listened to what I wanted.

The spa environment is really nice and Courtney the RMT is excellence. However, management doesn't respond with well complaints and in timely manner. If you come in for just the services itself and by pass the guest service, then it's great. Guest services are hit and miss at times.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of service and the lack of professionalism and concern for their clients.In a recent 6 series of laser treatments for pigmentation and texture, I dealt with at least 3 rescheduling issues due to staff errors, machine malfunctions and lastly on my final treatment last week, the girl somehow zapped my eyebrow and left me with a bald spot which I am not sure will grow back!!!!I called and left a message with the spa and also contacted the owner directly and I have not been contacted or replied to about the eyebrow incident.The eye protection is obviously inadequate to protect the clients because I also experienced eyelid issues on 3 seperate appointments as well ( redness and swelling and peeling). A folded up kleenex across your eyes and topped with tanning goggles does not give adequate protection from the laser to your delicate eye area, it leaves room for the laser to get in as it is not a tight seal around the eyes!I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the fact that the owner has totally ignored my message and the clinic has also not returned my message about my concern.Pay the higher price and seek out a laser salon that is equipped with experienced personnel!

I found this place after soulflower messed up my booking and I decided to go somewhere else and I'm so happy I came here! Nika was amazing I have anxiety but nika was so awesome kind and easy to talk to she asked the right questions to help me figure out exactly how I wanted my hair done I have never had a hairdresser as amazing as she is! And my hair ended up perfect! I would definitely recommend this place and Nika to anyone!

I just had the best massage I have ever had. Aaron worked on my problem back and neck areas and I feel remarkably better. I highly recommend him as I have had many massages at may resorts and spas around the world and he is the real deal.

Pricey and overated. The lady who served me was nice so I can't give 1 star. Tried to voice my concern to the male manager on duty who did not know anything about the treatment. Leaving the spa after sort of treatment of pedicure with fancy name, cost $74 something after tax. It would cost less plus fresh nail polish if I went to my regular pedicurist. Won't repeat

While getting a deluxe pedicure and being the only client there, was interrupted by an employee cutting through five times back and forth each time. Not relaxing at all, disruptive actually. I asked why and was told they take a short cut to get to the other side as if that was the norm. Go through the reception.

It’s a good place for a good relaxing massage, their booking website is not good, they don’t bill Manulife directly so 4 stars
