They did our 3 year old Australian Heeler & American Bulldog's nails and filed them as well. The staff was friendly and were able to handle the extremely anxious, strong dog with no difficulty . They even knew to book when it was quieter in the store. I would highly recommend them to others.

So I have took my dog here twice since he was few months or so old and first time they cut to short I thought nothing of it thought it was just cause he was small and maybe they nicked a spot or something cause he was a baby but , I just took him again today he’s now near 6 months and they ruined his nails I’m gonna go to a different place from now on for his nails I love the store tho and all the toys and whatnot their store is great just ide say don’t get nails done there unless you want them shaved flat and way to far ide add pictures but for some reason I can’t add my pictures to the review I’ll be back to see the owners shortly.

The most appropriately priced groomer in Ottawa and always nice to support a small local business. I’ve been taking my golden retriever here for 3 years and he always smells so fresh and clean and has sleek shiny fur for days afterwards!

I bring my 1yr old lab to have his nails trimmed. He doesn't do well with this at home, but here they are super fast and friendly. He doesn't mind his appt. Great service.

The staff at Pawsh Pets were very welcoming and attentive when I described how I wanted my pug-shih tzu dog to be groomed and the store looked neat and clean. When I picked up my dog, he seemed really happy and was clearly well taken care of, which was reassuring. The staff made sure to check whether I was happy with the results, which was much appreciated. Will definitely be coming for his next grooming session. Would highly recommend.

Our Bernese went for a grooming today, her first ever at Pawsh Pets. She came home looking amazing!!! We're so impressed with the value and quality of service we received. The owners are kind and very knowledgable, and have also helped us a lot in selecting a better food and supplement for our dog. We highly recommend Pawsh Pets and will definitely be back.

Friendly & knowledgeable at a reasonable price! My puppy didn't have the best experience at a previous place (not here). He was hesitant to go at first, but he was all smiles and tail-wagging after his experience here. They took the time to show me how to more efficiently brush my puppy to encourage a positive attitude toward brushing and reduce matting. It's also very convenient that they have the brand of food he eats there too. The only downside is that it can take a few weeks to get an appointment, but it's definitely worth the wait.

Extremely reliable groomers. At our most recent visit, we acknowledged our Morkie would have to get shaved due to mats, but when we came to pick her up, the groomers had untangled and spot shaved her mats instead of shaving her. I fully trust them to take care of my dog because she is always smiling when she sees one of the staff. Highly recommend

Kami recently was groomed and they did a truly amazing job. We also couldn’t believe the price! So reasonable and affordable! Thank you so much for taking good care of her! She can’t wait to go back
