I work here and i have spilled stuff before, dropped a gift set on a customer before, broke a bottle of facial wash and the manager just laughs and says,oH HA HA HA that happens sometimes no problem"

I love body shop products thats why the second star. Going here was a massive disappointment. The products I do use that they had, only in smaller sizes. (I live in Jasper so a four hr drive one way to get it when it might be in is not an option) or they just didn't have what I wanted. When I asked about the bigger sizes I got a long drawn out story. Short version, somehow they dont know when or if they get the large battles that this is random stock. Um...what??? And no offer to see if another store had them. No product suggestions, just back to talking to each other. Wow, thanks for being zero help.

I love fue products... I hate the service. It is better to research about the products in the website to have a clear idea about the different categories and lines because the staff many times doesn't know, plus they take forever to support you and even for make the bill. It's important to pay attention in the 3X2 deals. My favorite collection is Spa of the World

Good products! bad customer service.Every time I order something, the store informs me that it is out of stock and cancels my entire order, even tought I saw the product was available at the store.Secondly,the store has its own rules, for the online purchases. Better to do a shipping order rather than picking up from here.

Nisha N. knew her stuff, answered all my questions concerning skin care and skin care products. She was very polite, didn’t rush me but gave me time and has for sure made me a returning customer. I was having a hard time figuring out how to use my points on the website as well and she helped me figure that out too. You are much appreciated girl!

The items are excellent, but the customer service is terrible. Every time I order something, the store notifies me that it is out of stock and cancels my entire transaction, despite the fact that I saw the goods was in stock. Second, the store has its own set of restrictions for online purchases. It is preferable to place a shipping order rather than pick up at this location.

Been buying here since I learned about there Tea Tree products (best seller) service is always good, ladies here always ask you if need help. If your confuse with two products better ask there opinion about it! It will really help you decide.
