Ontario Home Depot's customer service is non- existent. We went in to buy a refrigerator and after waiting 45 minutes and not getting any help from their appliance clerks, we left... We can buy our refrigerator from somewhere else.

My husband and I purchased LifeProof flooring from here. We were told at the time of purchase that we would need to purchase enough to cover on the square footage of our home, plus 10% more. We ended up with 10 unopened/unused boxes of flooring that we did not need. We tried to return the flooring we didn't use, we had a receipt, they said since it had been over 90 days, they could not do a cash (we paid in cash) refund and would try" to do store credit which we were okay with as we are doing work to our home. They would only return 2 boxes because they said their computer wouldn't allow them to return more than that. Had we not been told we needed more flooring than we did

This Home Depot is just like many others I have been to. Pretty typical. Only downside was the only employee interaction we had with the cashier when we were checking out. She was wonderful and brightened up the place.

Friendly staff helped us find the kids workshop. The workshop is the first Saturday of the month during the summer months. This workshop gives families a free and memorable family activity. Working children's fine mortar skills and instructions following skills.

They had the stuff needed, which is always nice but not good customer service. Only 2 nice people, one lady offered to take a cart of sand up to the front for us and one really amazing nice man who helped with finding the price of a freezer and letting us know. The rest acted like we were an inconvenience to them or were very rude in the way we talk. When asked if someone could help load a very expensive freezer we bought from them the answer was yeah but I don't know how long it will take, like really we have to help you after you spend that much money on a freezer so I can have a job.

Would not recommend the store when it comes to purchasing appliances. We were told Home Depot no longer sells appliances off the floor that they are delivered to your home from the warehouse. We purchased a washer and were told that it would be delivered within a week after receiving multiple emails and text messages that our order had been pushed out past a month I called to see how Home Depot could work with me. The lady that I spoke with was very rude. Cancel my order without me asking for it to be canceled, I ended up going to Best Buy and had the best experience ever. Received my washer and dryer set within four days.

We just had the worst service at the Ontario, Oregon Home Depot. We needed a price check on water tanks and Kathy in the garden center wouldn't help us or get us somebody who could help us. Poor customer service! Usually staff is very helpful. Very disappointed.

Poor experience buying a washing machine here. Picked it up this past Sunday, drove 2 hours away to my home and unpacked it the next day. See pictures - huge dents in the front of it. Seems to be poor quality control at this location. Now I have to spend another 4 hours driving to and fro this Home Depot location to return it.Point if this story - check your products before you leave the store.

Typical Home Depot they have most everything a guy needs but good luck finding someone available to help you find it and if you can find someone yeah they know next to nothing about building anything the kind of person you'd send after a board stretcher and they would be gone for hrs cuz each person they asked would send me to a different area looking for one (true story actually did that to a guy once) awe haa ha haw
