This is my first ever review. I am not a fan of getting needles or giving blood. I do it when it should be done. The treatment I received from Val Caron Lifelab was professional, efficient and painless. It is clear they are good at their trade and treat their patients well. Have no fears here, you are in good hands.

Left the office with 3 bruises around the injection site. She should have used the black needle/butterfly needle. It's difficult enough to HAVE to get blood tests for a medical issue. An add on, like being treating an older lady roughly wasn't needed.

I left work early to get bloodwork done because they close at 4. After lining up outside for 15 minutes they let me in the building and apparently their fax machine broke so my paperwork never got received, come back another day. Not impressed.
