Went to premium car club because of the excellent reviews. We had a very good experience. My daughter drove away in a 2013 Honda Civic in immaculate condition, low kms. It was in an accident and they were upfront and honest about it and didn't try and hide the facts. We were given a car proof report as well. We left with a few extras" thrown into the deal which was awesome. Would definitely recommend these guys. Very friendly

Premium Car Club is a great dealership, and they provided exceptional service. My parents recently purchased a SUV; they took care of everything and made the purchasing process very simple and easy. After a few days my parents noticed the liftgate latch wasn’t working properly, they took care of it, no questions asked and it was done within a couple hours. Excellent experience, would definitely recommend.

All cars sold here are accident cars. the repairs done on the accident cars are of poor quality.If you are going to get a car-fax report, buy your own and do not use one from this dealer.

Totally irresponsible dealer.bought a car here with air conditioning mentioned in black & white. No air conditioning from the first second. They refilled some refrigerant for it. Air conditioning gone again after just one night. Bring the car back to them twice and they said they found a pipe is not connected, which is an obvious issue and can be avoided if they checked before selling the car. Two weeks later the air conditioning they fixed" gone again. Asked for refund as the feature mentioned in black & white failed and failed again. They refused without providing any solution except bring the car back to them again and again.Never expected any business will be such irresponsible for their promise

Best place to buy a car! Very friendly and easy-going guys. The car I bought here was much cheaper than in other dealerships. I really like their desire to provide 100% of a service. I got to their office at 4:45pm when Service Ontario was closing and guy still drove in the snowstorm trying his best to make it in time and he actually did it!
