I participated in the sound bath. It's so relaxing I fell asleep. This is perfect to eliminate any stress you may have. It gives you that extra boost that you can accomplish anything, if you haven't tried I suggest you try at least once and then I bet your hooked. It makes you feel good and isn't that what we are all looking for.

I had the virtual renew package and I can’t recommend it enough – Stephanie is absolutely brilliant at what she does! When the sound bath started, I instantly got tingles through my head and spine. I felt completely relaxed, content and all the stress from the day melted away. Even though the sessions were all virtual, it was still such an amazing experience and I’m looking forward to having more sessions with Stephanie in the near future.
