They were amazing and very accommodating. They made me feel at ease knowing that I could bring my furry family member home after her sudden passing.

The people we dealt with at Metro Pet Crematory were very kind compassionate and professional. We are very pleased with our decision to take Sweet Sylvester there and definitely recommend them to anyone experiencing the loss of a beloved pet.

My son lost his cat of 16 years. They forgot to send his chain with cross pendant. They told the vet that they could bring it on the Monday (it was Friday). I asked the vet to contact them and see if there was anything they could do as my son was having a really hard time after loosing his cat. They had his chain and pendant to the vet within a few hours. Myself and other family members have gone through pet Crematory for years. And not matter what pet was cremated they took the best care of them and had them back to us as soon as they could. I would recommend them over and over again. Truly amazing in a very sad time. When we lost our sweet girl Finan I was devastated. Telling my 6 year old his pet had passed away was so heart breaking. Metro pet crematory got us in the very next morning and gave us a beautiful clean spot to allow our children to say goodbye to their beloved pet. We were given alot of compassion and everything was explained to us. Not once was any product or service pushed on us, we felt very comfortable and taking care of. When our finan was ready to come home, we were offered a delivery of her remains which I found so helpful as we have 4 small children and it's about a 40 minute drive from us. The entire experience was wonderful for what was already a horrible time for all of us. We couldn't have asked for a better and more caring person to be there for our girl at the end.

So happy to have found Metro Pet Cremation on one of the hardest days of our lives when we had to say goodbye to our senior cat and first fur baby Pretty Girl. We felt comfortable leaving her there and also had her back home with us in a very timely manner. Within a few months we had to use this service again for our Fluffy Wilson and Harvey-Franklyn Having the service and professionalism and compassion made the journey so much easier.

We have been going with Metro Pet Crematory for years and so has my family members. They pick up our pets quickly and treat them with the respect they deserve. My son lost his cat that he had for 16 years to cancer. There was a mix up with a chain with cross that we ordered him. The vet called them and they said they were busy but could have it back to us by Monday as this was on a Friday. I explained that my son was very attached to his cat and that we ordered the Chain with cross with his ashes in it as he was having a hard time loosing him. Within a few hours metro pet crematory had the cross at the vet for us to pick up for my son. They are truly amazing and will keep going to them and I will always direct anyone I know to them. Very professional and compassionate. The owner of this business is also a pet owner, and was very empathetic during this incredibly trying time. Cost was reasonable for private cremation. A beautiful wooden box urn is also included however you can upgrade to other ones if you wish for an additional cost. I chose to upgrade and was pleased with the selection that was offered. Highly recommend.

We lost our dog recently, we called around to different place then we found these guys and we highly recomend them they are so nice and easy to deal with,we brought our dog in on Thursday and thought we would have to wait until Monday to get him back but Friday they called and said he was ready to come home,they were closing but still made arrangements so we could pick him up that day we were so happy.thank you for making this hard time easier
