Awful, basically a tow yard with a small uhaul inside. Employees are unhelpful took them 30 minutes of refusing to give me the keys before saying I had to call a number on a small sign posted in the office. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor service.When I arrived the truck was not in the system and I had to wait over an hour for staff to figure out how to rent me it. They also did not have requested dollies for my move. Ended up super delayed on moving day. Avoid if you can.

Charged me a cleaning fee for absolutely nothing when I didn't pick up anything and ended up just returning the truck. I would never go back here as they clearly try to scam you

I rent trucks a lot with U haul and couldn't get a truck at my normal Location .. This one was unprofessional , didn't know what they were doing , I didn't sign anything , they didn't tell me to look over the truck which you should , walked into the office not one person was wearing a mask .. don't care what you do on your time , but be more professional when people walk in the office . I took the truck back 2 nights ago and no one has sent me a receipt or nothing . I will never ever go back to this location

The staff is not kind and attitude is really rude. If you have another choice, you shouldn’t pick this service shop.

First and foremost the service is garbage, I rent with uhaul all the time. They charged me insurance when I did not select it online, as well as a cleaning fee when I received a dirty truck. They should have their uhaul franchise revoked due to the lack of professionalism. Never going here again.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. Horrible customer service. I rented a truck and equipment to move some large item. When I get there person helping me" says that the equipment is not available. Expect for they have the same exact equipment that they rent out only if I leave hundreds of dollars as deposit in cash.When I told that I didn't come with that much cash on me

Uhaul ComplaintDon't make the mistake of ever using this location. The people who run this branch are plain and simple, thieves and liars. I had a bad feeling from the moment I arrived at the place. They had zero info on my order, finally came up with the Dozen moving blankets I placed on the order - I reconfirmed the cost for a dozen moving blankets@ $10.00, which the Uhaul website confirms, low and behold they charged me an extra 10 bucks on the receipt. They also added an $8.00 'cleaning charge' Uh huh, truck was returned cleaner than I got it. Additionally, some creepy character that worked at the location when I returned the truck asked me where I take my car for 'service', badgering me for my phone number, probing for personal information. Maybe an additional, deeper level to their scam? When I phoned the place and questioned them about the additional charges, they said, 'not my problem call Uhaul' and hung up. I called uhaul and they processed a refund for the blankets but said there was nothing they could do regarding any additional charges and could not understand what the location had to say about the 'cleaning charge'. So the fact that these thieves are in fact acting as agents on behalf of Uhaul doesn't phase Uhaul or move them to assume any responsibility. They both just pass the buck and hope it goes away. If there are other consumers out there who have Had this same treatment at the hands of these low lifes, that could be enough to have the company investigated. The next calls may well be to visa and the police. Again, don't make the mistake of ever using this location, 1 star is way more than they deserve.

Worst location I have ever been to. Staff us completely useless. Gave me the wrong truck, wouldn't help when I had questions. Customer service is obviously not a priority. I would NOT recommend this location and will NOT rent from U-Haul in the future.
