We booked our storage unit on line, very easy to do. Everything we needed was communicated by email which was very convenient. On the day we brought our items in for storage we finished filling the required paperwork, it was explained to us how to access our unit and where it was. I would highly recommend.

Reserved a unit online. Went to pick up lock/key and the young lady at the desk that helped me out was efficient and knowledgeable. So far we are off to a great start. :)

The staff were really nice and the site was quite nice. They have cameras appearly but that doesnt seem to do much as my unit was broken into 4 days after I put my stuff in it. Other then getting robbed its been pretty good.

We have been very pleased with our storage unit at this location. Friendly, helpful staff and easy access. The only reason we left was to utilized a different storage location closer to our office.

Convenient location on 11st. Even if you took transit the #9 stops across the street. Easily accessible through a bike path as well.

Customer Service clerk was very helpful and friendly. She made sure that we had the correct size storage unit and proper insurance coverage. She also went out to our unit to make we were able to open the unit and reviewed how to open the security gates.

Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Occasionally I have had to borrow a broom, hammer or a screwdriver and if they have it it is not a problem to loan it to me. The office and washroom is always very clean. The only draw back is the 1/2 yearly or yearly rent increases. As I have 4 units I feel there should be some reduction as I have been there for 7 years.
