Sometimes they make mistakes but today I got the wrong muffin AND wrong coffee. I think I'll just go to Tim's.My 3milk coffee was almost black.They seem short staff these days, maybe it'll be better once well staffed.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I burgers, fries and a happy meal. First of all, the happy meal wasn’t complete and it wasn’t in a box. It was in a bag. Secondly, they forgot the fries. It is a mess. Never going back there

Worst McDonald's ever. Always late, if you go to drive, they don't pass people by priority. Many times we got stuck there for 30min and there is no way out. Always forgets either fries or drink, almost never with napking. If you order via Uber than it 1h30 instead of 20min that Ubers says.

I'm not sure if this is the worst McDonald's in Quebec, but it has to be in the top 3 worst. I think management trains them to mess up orders and forget to serve people in the drive through.

Maybe the reason they have such a poor rating is because their customer service is terrible they need to hire better educated people in the drive-through or invest way more time in teaching them proper customer service skills.Easter Monday I went through the drive-through to order five gift certificates and had to repeat My request five times only to be told they don’t like to do gift certificates in the drive-through and would I come into the store. This is not a solution for at-risk people in the middle of a pandemic. I won’t be back to this location.

Wow! I was so nervous while travelling here and was just looking for any kind of food. My French is so weak, but a young woman that spoke fluent English took over and worked with me to get my order right. Forever grateful.

The only reason I go to this McDonald's sometimes is because it's 2 minutes from me compared to 12 minutes to the next. There's not been one time that I've been through drive through that it didn't take a minimum of ten minutes waiting for my food, and there's been several times that it's been 15-20 minutes. After all this time they don't get the order right about 35% of the time and the food almost never seems fresh; the buns are always somewhat hard and cold. It took me 14 minutes a few days ago just for 1 cheeseburger for my son. At the price that McDonald's charges today and the wait that this one has, you'd be better off going to a dine in restaurant being served by a waiter/waitress and having a meal cooked by an actual chef.

McDonald's food is good. I think it's the slowest service you can have at a McDonald's. I've been there a couple of times and it always take a lot of time.

Update: they've gotten worse! 30 min wait in drive thru!!!! Very poor service! It's not the first time either...
