When I call them and they transfer the call to the correct department, there is no such instructions as “please hold while I transfer you.” They behave as if someone is chasing them.Later on, when I am transferred to the Service Department, there is no one to pick up the phone and it goes to a voice mail. How can you not allocate a person to at least do “customer service” and phone answering for the Service Department?Lincoln is “supposed” to be luxury brand so the team needs to get training on how to behave properly.*** 3rd review, Dec 2022, decreasing to 3 stars:I have had my car being picked up for maintenance and I was given a loaner car. The condition of the loaner car is extremely embarrassing!How would you even consider bringing a car in this condition to a customer?! The exterior layer on the inside of the doors are completely gone.My experience of brands such as Mini has been completely different and it’s the first time that I am seeing a dealership bringing a car in such a condition to a customer.

I've used them a few times for parts, and they have rarely been helpful or knowledgeable.This time they wouldn't even look up the part without the vin. I asked again, and still no. And politely thanked them for their timeI had the dealership downtown give me the same info in under 5 min.There is only one part it could be, and it wasn't a big askMeh.

Our salesman, provided wonderful service to us. The flowers for my wife when we picked up our new vehicle were an unexpected treat and very much appreciated. Together we have purchased well over 20 vehicles in our lifetimes and I’ve never had flowers for my wife. And we appreciated you coming in on your day off and spending so much time with us Thursday for the delivery.All the way through it has been a very good buying experience. His frequent emails with updates and photos for both the Maverick as well as when we purchased the Escape was terrific.To the Sales Manager and General Manager for taking my calls and emails during the long 11 month wait, for my factory ordered maverick, a thankyou also.The Finance Mgr did a very good job explaining the after sale plans, at the price we were offered, it made sense for a new model only out a little more than a year.I highly recommend this dealership

My husband John & I have purchased many vehicles from John & Amer at Yorkdale Ford. We have bought 24 vehicles in total now along with 5 Lincolns. Both John & Amer have made every experience at their dealership fantastic. They always make us feel comfortable, offering us water, coffee etc. Each new purchase they always gave me beautiful flowers. When our daughter purchased her Lincoln, Amer even had a stuffed moose that he gave to our grandson. They always have time for our questions & concerns. We bring all of our family & friends to make their vehicle purchases with Amer. We are very happy with his hospitality, his kindness & his care to even the smallest of details. We highly recommend Amer & Yorkdale to everyone. We look forward to many more years of business with them.

Purchased a 2020 Escape and have been very pleased with everyone I've encountered at this location in both sales & service. The car has exceeded my expectations in terms of pricing and value. Ford may not always have the best shop rates but they try to be competitive and have good customer service personal. I would return here to buy next vehicle.

I recently purchased a new Bronco from Yorkdale Ford and I had the pleasure of working with Sam. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Sam was a man of his word and truly went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was smooth.When it came time to pick up my new Bronco, there were no surprises or unexpected costs, everything was exactly as Sam had promised.

With my experience with this dealership I would go else where. The day we were picking up the new car we discovered instead of going through ford finance I was signed up/sold to RBC and my interest rate increased. Steven the finance person even called days me earlier saying if I lowered my down payment they would give me a better rate. Dont trust them unless you have everything in writing and that still means nothing. Ask me how I know.

I recently made a purchase at Yorkdale Ford and purchased a 2022 Bronco Wildtrak. It was a very pleasant dealership to deal with and a great sales team. Gary Wener was a great help, one of the best sales advisors I’ve encountered. I also want to thank Katherine from finance, she was of great help with getting my truck financed.

I had a great experience with them. Sam is a high professional, and accommodating person. He worked very hard to find me the required car. All other staffs including Katherine in Finance and others were also great. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.
