Terrible place to work. Management has issues and employees are scared of them. The environment is awful. The best thing for this company would be to Unionize. If enough employees get on the same page about a union Management wouldn't have an option. You'll be treated better and have a pension plus so much more. I wouldn't trust their quality of work at all. Don't do it.
