Extremely rude and unknowledgeable staff

Rude stuff and bad service, give you attitude and treat you like trash.

Good spot on the way through the PATH. Convenient and easy.

Terrible service. Went there to mail my wedding invitations and the two ladies working were chatting away. One looked at me as I walked up to the counter and then just continued their conversion and walked to the back room without saying anything to me and didn't come back out. Even if you were in the middle of something, you could have at least said we will be right with you. RUDE!

Came here to pick up my passport that was mailed by US embassy. Official website said that US drivers license should be enough to pick up my passport but employees said they wont accept it as proof of identity. Asked me to grab any random stranger with Canadian DL who can sign off on the release of my passport. The employees said that this is a very common occurrence and several people have done this in the past.I had to embarrass myself by trying to explain to 4 different people on the streets that I needed their help getting my documents from Canada Post. They all thought I was running some kind of scam. Finally one kind stranger agreed to help.My advice to CP is if you need a specific kind of proof mention it in the pick up instructions.

If i could put lower than one star I would. It comes down to being a machine or being a human, and they’re all machines who work at Canada post. People that don’t care about you or your items. Drivers don’t care. Don’t care on the doing the job right and no one takes pride in their work. It’s a shame. Such a long standing busy that’s turned to a joke.

Very shotty service. I have not had an issue in quite some time but today was just pure laziness. Instead of coming up to my unit this driver chose to write a pickup slip and post it on my mailbox. Actually entering my building. I was home waiting for my package. Now I have to wait until tomorrow after 1:00 p.m. to retrieve it. Absolutely unacceptable! In the downtown core most people live in buildings. You can't expect people to take time off and go to the post office because drivers don't want to come to the door. This behaviour also jeopardizes my relationship with the shipper. As another reviewer posted and I agree with, people that don’t care about you or your items. Drivers don’t care. Don’t care about doing the job right and no one takes pride in their work." Extremely disappointed. Shippers should find better delivery services. Delivery is a significant part of the customer user experience. This is not the type of service I would expect from a crown corporation."

Delivery to this postal office due to convince as no one home during day. The Good: staff friendly. The Bad: Sometimes no email reminder that item was received, and returns after 10days if no pickup.
