I am giving this place a 5 STAR all the way around. I am from Montreal and I’ve been everywhere and no one has ever taken the time to explain to me what products I should put in my hair to fix my hair issues. I have to say I’ve never gotten better quality service like from Les Précieuses. The owner was extremely helpful when I messaged her about my hair. She suggested great products and listened to all my hair issues. She was patient, took the time to ask me questions and replied to me ASAP. I simply just adore good service and I have to tell you all this salon is #1 in taking care of their customers. Extremely professional and caring. Thank you for giving me such an excellent service!PS: I can’t wait to get my packages and start using my products.

J’ai commandée en ligne, et mon expérience fut 10/10 du début à laFin. J’ai reçu ma commande le jour après l’avoir passé, et j’ai eue un code promo de 10% en guise de bienvenu. J’ai même reçu un beau cadeau ( un chouchou supplémentaire, puisque j’en avais acheté deux à la base)! Je recommande donc les précieuses à 110%, et c’est clair que je referai affaire avec eux pour mes produits

Service impeccable, produits de qualités, livraison très rapide ! Elles connaissent très bien leurs produits et offrent toujours d’excellents conseils (même à distance). Depuis que j’ai découvert leur boutique, je fais affaire seulement avec eux, car leur service est simplement incomparable.

First i want to say that their customers service is amazing. When i received my 2 parcels i could tell they really care about their customers. Everything was wrap beautifully. The price are really good, the quality of the products is amazing and they have wonderful promotion/sales. I definitely recommend les précieuses and i will with no doubt order again from them.
