I studied Business - Marketing at Fanshawe. Zero replies at the resume for 1+ year, no help from college. Plus, everything was online due to COVID, and the fees remained the same, no discount refund.

Support staff is garbage. This is a direct reflection of the leadership management at the school. They treat their students like children. Instead of understanding that the students pay the bills at the school. We paid to be there they work for us not the other way around. School is all about money. Dean should be replaced with a more student centric leader. The 2 stars are for the underpaid professors who are for the most part great!

What is the point of charging fee for internship when we ourselves have to search for it on our own? Does this make any sense? And that too 7400$

If you are an international student, please be careful and re consider. You might had some first alternatives that were expensive and then ended up here. But this is not the way.My wife was accepted at the institution and applied for the student visa, it was approved. But our passport return took longer than usual and unfortunately we were a week late as we couldn't get an appropriate flight date. They misguided us and didn't allow her to start her studies, giving her spot to someone else. They are not going to tell you that you're eligible for a refund up to the 10th day of the term. So if you still decided to take this way. If something happens in the way. Don't hesitate to ask for your refund. Otherwise your money is now theirs.We worked hard for the money required to pay the tuition fees. We refused our jobs, home and family in hopes to live a dream. This kind of situation is more common than usual and you will not find anyone there to support you. Believe me, we spent hours looking for support in their hallways until we had to give upTake the time to read other comments and you'll understand what I'm talking about. I hope you all make it. Don't give up and make the best choice.

I am studying in here . The first time when we were arrived in Fanshawe. It’s so cool . Receptionist in T building is very nice . Professors are more helpful with our international student.

My experience with the Technical Systems Analysis course at this college was overwhelmingly negative. The course content feels archaic and not aligned with current industry standards and technological advancements.The professors seem disengaged in teaching, often ending three-hour lectures in two hours, and two-hour lectures in one hour. Regular absenteeism from one of the professors without prior notification was also a significant issue.The scheduling of the classes was less than ideal, feeling more like a part-time course with most classes held in the evenings. Critical classes like SQL were held from 8 pm to 10 pm, a time frame not conducive to maintaining focus or concentration.The course heavily focuses on theoretical knowledge with zero emphasis on practical application. This is a significant drawback as students miss out on hands-on learning. There is an urgent need to incorporate a mandatory co-op or similar practical component to allow students to apply what they have learned.The grading system appeared flawed and superficial, with assignments seemingly evaluated without thorough review or proper recognition of the effort and quality of the work.From a learner’s perspective, this course falls short in several areas, including course content, teaching commitment, scheduling, and practical application of knowledge. I would caution potential students about these issues, as significant improvements are necessary to make the course worthwhile in terms of time and financial investment.

It is a place of education equipped and clean. I loved this place very much and comfortable for the psychology of students as well and there are many multiple cultures that study there.

Could do better for international & indigenous students but for the cleaning ladies that walk around with the carts are rude & have disgusting behaviour. If you hate your job that much? Quit.

Hi I’ve applied for Diploma in Hotel Management and I received an offer letter in overall 6.5 bands. So after this I paid the whole fees to the College and applied for Visa but the Visa department haven’t gave me the visa and said that your bands are not enough to apply to this College. So my point is that why the college is giving offer letters to the students if they are not helpful in getting you the visas in these bands. So please do something as soon as possible because this thing is wasting my time and money.
