Having done a lot of running around for our recent renovations it's safe to say that they have the largest variety of bath and kitchen fixtures to suit all budgets. Our point of contact was Chetan who was a pleasure to deal with and was forthcoming about lead times which is an issue these days with most manufacturers. He offered great advice and even tried to expedite our orders. It was very easy to communicate with him and he had no issues when we changed our minds.

We had a great experience with Fibertech - Coquitlam . The staff is very helpful and friendly.Sid was most helpful with our questions and very responsive to our inquiries.We needed a bathtub for a particular size , which wasn’t available during our Renovations Sid provided us with alternatives and suggestions that would make it work . We very happy with our purchase.We also had to exchange our toilet since it would not fit . The whole process was seamless and we could do the entire transaction over the phone .I would highly recommend this store for the options of products and most importantly the excellent customer service.
