SERVICE DOGS NOT WELCOME the barista suggested I leave it unattended outside :( this location does not honour Starbucks points system nor do they offer Free Birthday Drinks that are available at every other location.

A couple months ago, my friend and I went here for the first time and had a great experience. The worker Maxime ? (i can’t remember exactly how to spell her name) but she was very friendly. And when there was no more of the drink i had ordered she recommended a different kind of drink that was similar to the drink i ordered.

Chronically understaffed. The person taking the orders should not be the same person making the drinks. There could be two customers in front of you and you’ll literally be there 30 minutes waiting for your coffee. On a few occasions they have actually been out of basic things like regular percolated coffee. I know it’s not a “real” Starbucks but Safeway really should do a better job. It’s a bit of an embarrassment to the Starbucks brand.

Good drinks. Long wait times. 5 minutes or more to get a drink. Add 5 minutes for ever person in front of you. They should consider having more than 1 employee staffed.

This is the slowest Starbucks on the planet. The staff would rather discuss personal topics amongst themselves after taking your order than make the drink you ordered.

The service was terrible they forgot my food and my drink tasted like water. I could’ve just put water in a cup and it would’ve tasted the same. I had a blonde girl and she was rude. I do not recommend this place they have rude employees, terrible drinks and bad service.

Highly recommend to save your money, this Starbucks in Selkirk is terrible. I have gone multiple times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but not once has it been satisfying, they don’t carry all products for drinks they also don’t have the computer system for scanning for point or (QR codes). The worst is our drinks taste horrific as they have been made incorrectly and always inconsistent.

Usually the staff here are great. There is a young man who works here who is fantastic. Polite and friendly. Today the woman who helped me was rude and apathetic and she made my drink too sweet. A contrast from the usual service I have experienced in the past at this location.

Very small location inside the Safeway store. Friendly staff and good quality coffee....similar to regular Starbucks restaurants. Nice to have a good coffee while grocery shopping.
