I completed Usui Reiki Level 1 with Karen and Fred and highly recommend them if you are looking for Reiki teachers to help you on your journey. They were full of great energy and really complemented each other's instructions in their unique ways. It was a very powerful experience and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

I took Kundalini Reiki Course with Fred and was an awesome experience! Fred is not only extremely funny but also a wise teacher. Love the way she explains things, how encourages us to be responsible and aware of ourselves.I also took a healing session with Fred and was amazing, she is intuitive, humble, charged with energy, wise, smart! I felt that she took her time with me and was not rushing, I feel this sometimes with therapist/healers. I felt heard, loved and left with an amazing vibe and energy

I took training here for levels 1, 2, and 3. It was a lot of fun. Fred and Karen taught each class in an engaging and relaxed manner, but with a clear passion for this kind of work that made it easy to learn and ask questions.

I came to Westcoast Reiki to take my Level 1,2 and 3 Reiki Practitioner course and I have to say that it was the best decision I could have made. My experience with Fred and Karen was way above my expectations. Their guidance, wisdom and knowledge has made this start to my new journey an enlightened and confident beginning. They are compassionate and studious and I will be forever grateful to them.

I have now completed all 3 levels of Reiki with Karen & Fred at the WestCoast Reiki Centre. Karen & Fred share instruction and both (each in their own unique style) create a very relaxed environment for learning. They continually check-in with students, set the pace accordingly and there is always plenty of time for questions, discussion, feedback and shared experience - for me this was a valuable part of the journey into Reiki. These wonderful teachers share their knowledge & experience as they cover the material and allow students to practice and provide ongoing support. Westcoast Reiki Centre is the best place to start when looking to learn more about Reiki. The teachers Karen and Fred have a wealth of knowledge to share, both with extensive various studies and life experiences behind their wisdom - they live and breathe all that is Reiki in today's 'real life' challenges, making it easy to understand what Reiki is and how to work with Reiki. They truly inspire! Karen and Fred prioritize making their classes a grounded space that is inclusive, calm, and hold space for us to learn and share, not be judged for what we may/may not know. Each course builds on the other and the teachers allow you to come to each course when you're ready, which I sincerely appreciated. From their teachings I've taken away that Reiki practice nurtures ones own personal growth as well as it positively impacts others by sharing it. Having completed Reiki Level 1, 2, and 3, I feel privileged to have been taught by such beautiful people such as Karen and Fred and will also hold dear the connections and friendships I've made with other like minded souls on their own journey.
