I was in earlier on Feb 16th, and was greated by your representative Joanie. She took all the time needed to answer all my questions. I was very impressed with her professionalism, taking the time to show me around, and how nice and bright the area is. I must say you have a wonderful employee and can tell by her enthusiasm, dedication, and attention to detail, and especially by her answers to my questions. I have never rented a storage locker before and wasn't really sure of my needs or the process. I was greeted and helped by Joanie, who went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. She took the time to show me around, answer all my questions, make sure everything was right, and that I got the best deal. It is nice to feel that my business is appreciated and that there is always help available if I have further questions or needs.
