Both Debin and Austin were very friendly and very supportive.Especially Austin, he spent lots of time to help me how to use the new phone. He is very knowgable and experienced. horrible customer service, the young guy who works in the store give out wrong information with lte sim card charge (10cad) which suppose to be free on the website and the activation fee( 35cad) which also should be free as well, and he seems to be inpatient doesn't want to answer customer question

Great store they hooked up my whole family with a sweet deal on our plan and gave us a bunch of bonus features with it nice to have a carrier offering plans that aren’t 70$ Each a month Devin and Sahil are the boys to talk to at this location always willing to help there customers
