Excellent product. I used it exclusively for many years. I really liked the staff when on it was on Plaza, especially Janelle. When I went to the new place on Mt Rd, it was a different staff and seemed too busy to help me choose a stain for a fence even that I was the only customer there. So I went to Sherwin-Williams and they were very helpful and had excellent prices. The product is also excellent. And at SW they will tell you when a sale is coming on, so you have the option to wait or you can buy it now---sometimes you only wait for a few days. At BM, you have to ask and they abruptly tell you that they don't know when there will be a sale. So now, I am exclusively at SW.

Very knowledgeable staff. I have used both BEN and Aura paints with fabulous results. Had assistance packing out window blinds and they arrived within two weeks as promised. Definitely my go-to store. A loyal Benjamin Moore customer.

Great service and excellent paint. Don't go there if you want the cheapest paint in the market but they do have the best. We had a huge red wall 13' high by 22' long and changed it to smokestack gray with one coat.

I usually deal with Sherwin-Williams but wanted to try out Benjamin Moore. Unfortunately the store closes at 4 on Saturday and closed on Sunday. This is the prime time for me to do house work. I hope Sherwin can Color match the Color I picked out at Benjamin!

Wonderful selection of paint. As I was looking through paint chips, I was not hounded by the staff, but they were very helpful when I had questions. This new location is close to Wheeler , Mountain road and Trinity shopping area.

Staff was very helpful and the store is very clean. I felt more at ease in a small specialized store compared to a huge chain store. Definitely a great option to keep in mind when shopping for paint and paint accessories!

My husband and I have been dealing with this Benjamin Moore store for years now. His favourite paint to use is Aura. The employees here are second to none; they are a wealth of painting knowledge, are extremely efficient and just a pleasure to deal with. With Covid in our midst, I felt very safe in the store with their Covid safety plan and appreciated them trying to keep us all safe. We won’t buy our paint anywhere else.
