Incredible place to get your hardwood, stone and porcelain tiles! Very high quality and a LOT of choices. Sky is the limit in this place. Tony really is an incredible guy, very knowledgeable and comprehensive. It's the place to go to for stone, wood and tile.

Excellent service from Lucie Minico. I walked in an immedatelly felt welcome. Lucy took the time to show me and explain the particularities of the tile I liked. The lady working with her was also very nice. Classy place, stuning tiles, great service.

Very nice showroom, having even here every year...

Tiles were supposed to be delivered on a Friday but that got pushed back to Monday. I had my brother over to help me bring the tiles inside once they were delivered sometime Monday morning but at 12:45 when I called, I found out that they would only be delivered the next day.I was a little upset cause I sat around waiting for them and no one to advise me of the situation. So I will remove 1 star for this.But, Lucie did own up to the error and did remove the delivery fee to make up for it. So for the customer service, I will give her full credit! Especially for taking the blame for the error.Now I did only receive the tiles on Wednesday as another error was made somewhere between the store and the office in Toronto where they were coming from, but I will let that go as I know they at least made sure that they came in first thing on Wednesday and do seem to care about their customers. And that's what's important! Errors are made, but it's how you handle them for the customer that counts in the end.Nov 5:Just following up on my post above.After using an epoxy grout, it left a haze which we could not remove and the tiles did not look great at all. We went to the store to get some advice and Lucie provided me with several samples of different product. Finally, one of the products seem to work and when I returned on the Monday to purchase the product, Lucie had left but she had told the receptionist to just give me the product at no charge!As I said previously, mistakes are made but it's how you take care of the customer afterwards that makes the difference! Lucie deserves all 5 stars for the great customer service! Thank you
